| Membership Applications |
TCA HOA Chapter members must be members of the TCA national organization. You may apply for both organizations at the same time.
Just download and complete the two applications:

Link to TCA-Heart of America Chapter Application
And mail them with your two checks: TCA National First Year Membership and TCA HOA 2012 Chapter dues ($10.00) to:

We will process, obtain necessary signatures and send the application to the National office. If you would like one our distinctive TCA HOA Chapter nametages for you and your spouse/significant other, download and complete this form and return it with a check for $7.50 per nametag ordered to the same address:
