Contributions to TCA. Thanks to the all of our members who made contributions to both National TCA and the TCAHOA Chapter recently.
The Chapter donated $200 to National to celebrate our Chapter's second year of operation!!
Many members also contributed to TCAHOA when they paid their annual dues.
Contribution verifications are mailed out upon receipt of contributions.

Welcome to the TCA-Heart of America Chapter web site!
This is your internet destination for all things to do with our TCA Heart of America chapter and model railroading in our area. We'll always have an updated meeting schedule, information about upcoming events, and other information that you ask for here for your review. We also hope to incorporate as much member input as possible.
Our member photo layout gallery is open so send Chapter Vice President Don Miller (olathedonm@aol.com) some pictures and any information about your layout that you would like to share.

I want to remind all of our members about a couple things that they should be aware of regarding our chapter. The first is that our Activities Committee has worked on our 2012 activity schedule and information will be distributed for each activity when plans are finalized. Our next layout tour is our "April Fool's Layout Tour" event on Sunday, April 1, 2012. Information has been sent to all members about the three layouts on the tour! Watch for it.
Second --our Activity Committee collected feedback on last year's activities to better plan for next year. Your input is always appreciated!
Last but not least--The 2012 Mid America train shows will be March 18, August 26 & November 25, 2012 at a new location -- the KCI Expo Center at 11728 NW Ambassador Drive, KC, MO (I-29 off exit 13). See you there--be sure to wear your TCAHOA shirt and name tag!!
This is a great hobby! We have over 108 great area members in our chapter and we are growing! Thanks for joining in the fun!
